Cookie Policy

Last reviewed: · Phaen Din Counsel · Bangkok, Thailand

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on this website, and how you can manage your preferences. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which gives broader information about how we handle personal data.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as your language preference or whether you have accepted the cookie notice — and can make a return visit easier and more useful.

Cookies are not programs and cannot carry viruses or other harmful software. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can adjust your browser settings to restrict or block them. Doing so may affect some features of this website.

2. Cookies we use

This website uses a small number of cookies, grouped into four categories:

Essential cookies

These cookies are necessary for the website to function correctly. Without them, certain features — such as remembering your cookie preference — would not work. They do not collect information that could identify you personally, and they cannot be switched off.

  • cookieConsent — stores your cookie preference (accepted or rejected) so that the notice does not reappear on every visit. Duration: 12 months.

Analytics cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors use this website in aggregate — which pages are visited most often, how long visitors typically stay, and whether any pages produce errors. The information is collected anonymously and does not identify you personally. We use this to maintain and improve the site over time.

  • _ga, _gid — Google Analytics cookies that count visits and traffic sources. Duration: up to 2 years.
  • _gat — used to throttle request rates to Google Analytics. Duration: 1 minute.

Preference cookies

These cookies remember choices you make on the website to give you a more personalised experience. If you disable them, some personalisation features may not function as expected.

  • lang — stores your language preference if the website offers language options. Duration: session.

Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites and to show advertising that is relevant to individual users. We do not currently run advertising campaigns on this website. If this changes, we will update this policy and seek your consent before placing marketing cookies.

3. Third-party cookies

Some cookies on this site are set by third-party services that we use to understand website usage. At present this includes Google Analytics, operated by Google LLC. Google may transfer data to servers in other countries. For information about how Google handles data from Analytics users, please refer to Google's own privacy documentation.

We do not embed social media widgets or advertising networks that place their own cookies on this site.

4. Cookie duration

Cookies on this site fall into two duration categories:

  • Session cookies — exist only while your browser is open and are deleted automatically when you close it.
  • Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a set period after the browser is closed. Durations are described in section 2 above.

5. Your cookie preferences

You can adjust your preferences for optional cookies at any time using the controls below. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are needed for the site to work. Your preferences are saved to your browser and take effect immediately.

7. Effect of disabling cookies

Disabling essential cookies is not possible through these controls, as they are technically necessary for the site to function. If you block them through your browser, parts of the site may not behave correctly.

Disabling analytics or preference cookies will not prevent you from using this website or from submitting an enquiry. You may simply find that the site does not remember certain settings between visits.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time — for example, if we add new services that involve additional cookies. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the most recent review shown at the top.
